FIELD: medicine, endoprosthetics of knee joints. SUBSTANCE: knee-joint endoprosthesis is furnished with damping member 9 made in the form of a plate of elastomer, bearing member 2 of leg 1 has crimp 10 around the edges and lug 11; damping member 9 is installed between tibia plateau 4 and bearing member 2 of leg 1; tibia plateau 4 has a recess accommodating the above lug of bearing member 2 of leg 1; through and open slot 8 in the posterior part of condyle 6 is expanded towards the open side. Embedded part 3 of leg 1 is made in the form of a trihedral pyramid with recesses 13 on the faces; the body of leg 1 has through holes 14, the recesses may be tapered or cylindrical. Each side of the elastomer plate has matched lugs 15 or recesses 16, intercondylar eminence 5 has shock-absorber 17. Tibia plateau 4 is resiliently fixed in the lug of the bearing member of leg 1.
