FIELD: sporting caliber cartridges, in particular, 7.62-mm bullet cartridges used to fire "Medved'-3" or "Los'-4" carbines at big animals. SUBSTANCE: for sporting caliber cartridge 7.62x51 use is made of a powder charge of nitroglycerine spherical powder featured by large size of grains (up to 0.35 to 0.41 mm), bulk density of at least 0.960 g/cu.cm at the following content of ingredients: centralite No.1, 1.6 to 2.6; centralite No.2, 1.5 to 2.5; dinitrotoluene, 2.0 to 4.0; nitroglycerine, 10.0 to 13.0; diphenylamine, 0.3 to 0.7; ethyl acetate, 0.1 to 0.9; moisture, 0.2 to 0.6; graphite, 0.1 to 0.3; pyroxylin cm, the balance. EFFECT: improved ballistic stability of cartridge. |
