FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: training apparatus has two resilient belts suspended to ceiling. Foot loops are attached to belt ends. Apparatus allows six main elements to be made by legs and six elements by arms. It may be suspended above bed so that people may do exercises in dorsal position. It may be used by people of different age. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified compact construction, provision for organism health and for getting rid of excessive weight. |
