The two or more lengthwise profiled components (2) have angular-section edges (6) by which they are joined together. The mating edges together form grooves (8) accommodating flat and bar-shaped components. One at least of the flanges (7) forming the edges can be of dimensions determining the groove width and depth. The flanges fitting one over the other can be secured together by rivets or screws. The lengthwise components can be of roughly semicircular cross-section. Alternatively the latter can be angular, polygonal, U- or quadrant-shaped.
