PROCESSING PROCESS OF YEAST CONTAINING ORGANIC GERMANIUM

Process for preparing an organic germanium containing yeast is claimed. Thus, a basic culture medium which is composed of 4.2-5.2 wt.% of defatted soybean protein, 0.5-0.7 wt.% of yeast extract, 6.5-7.5 wt.% of glucose and water is fermented with 6-10 wt.% of germanium based on the total wt. of yeast strain and added with germanium again. The cultured yeast strain is fermented and screened to give screened yeast, which is cultured in a basic culture medium and fermented by adding 5-7 wt.% of glucose based on the total wt. of culture medium.
