PURPOSE:To make the rolling rigidity of a vehicle suitably controllable by directly detecting the rolling of the vehicle by a torsion bar means and thereby controlling the oil pressure by a rotary valve means so as to change the suspension characteristics of a suspension means. CONSTITUTION:The suspension means C1 which suspends a wheel portion BD to a body portion BU is provided between the body portion BU and the wheel portion BD of a vehicle B. A torsion bar means C2 which generates a torsion due to the height difference between the right and left ends of the wheel portion BD is also installed between the both above-mentioned ends. In addition, a rotary valve means C3 is provided to deliver and control the liquid pressurizedly fed from a liquid pressure source based on the rotation phase difference between an internal cylinder menber and an external cylinder menber corresponding to the torsion of the torsion bar means C2. A liquid pressure actuator means C4 which is operated by using the liquid delivered and controlled by the rotary valve means C3 as a driving source is also provided to change the suspension characteristics of the suspension mean C1. |
