Title compound(I) having a good antibacterial activity is prepared by reacting dihydropyrroline or tetrahydropyrrolopyrazole derivatives(III) with quinoline(or naphthilidine) carboxylic acid derivatives(II) in presence of solvent such as acetonitril, DMF, DMSO, pyridine or HMPA and alkali which is one or more of sodiun bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, and triethylamine. In formula, R1 is ethyl, cyclopropyl or 2,4-difluorophenyl, R2 is hydrogen or amino group, R3 is hydrogen, C1-C3 alkyl, R4 is hyrogen, halogen such as F, Cl, Br, hydroxy group or C1-C3 alkoxy group, X is N, C-H, C-F, or C-Cl, Y is Cl or F.
