PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved separating device used together with a cable tie holding a wire bundle at the position separated from a panel. SOLUTION: This separating device 10 is used together with a cable tie 34 for fixing a wire bundle 40 at a distance apart from a fitting face. The separating device 10 is provided with a pair of opposite strap passages 18 extended from the top side section 14 to the bottom side section 16 of the separating device 10 and an access slot 22 connecting the strap passage 18 to the outside of a main body.
