PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively utilize the floor height part of a halfstory by providing an external wall for partitioning a part of the halfstory from the outer part and a partitioning wall for partitioning the internal space so as to be mutually opposed with a spaceα. SOLUTION: The external wall 12 and partitioning wall 11 of a halfstory KF are provided with a space. The window 11b of the partitioning wall 11 is provided near the ceiling of a living room 10, and the window 12b of the external wall 12 is provided in a position slightly upper than it. An external light is entered into the living room 10 through each window, and in case of a direct external light, the light entered through each window can be utilized as direct or indirect light by changing at least one of the interrelation, size and form of the window 12b of the external wall 12 and the window 11b of the partitioning wall 11. The light entered through each window 12b, 11b is projected to the ceiling of the living room 10, whereby it can be utilized as the indirect light to the living room 10.
