PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lubricating oil between the slide surfaces of a shaft and bushing from degradation, reduce the deposition of formed matters, prevent defective slide and ensure accuracy in pressure regulation. SOLUTION: A pressure regulating valve is provided with a core 2 and a plunger 4 to apply a load to a valve body 13 through a shaft 40 inserted through the hollow part 21 of the core 2. A bushing 5 having the slide surface 5a sliding on the shaft 40 and composed of a resin material is disposed in the hollow part 21 of the core 2 and an oil path T for supplying and discharging lubricating oil to lubricate between the slide surfaces of the bushing 5 and shaft 40 is provided.
