PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display every financial institute in different color and to easily discriminate it by displaying data, which are read while receiving the distributing instruction for data on which character recognition, on a screen for every field based on this recognized result. SOLUTION: Data transmitted from a business shop 1 by FAX are received by facsimile line control equipment 2-1 and distributed to a master control unit 2-2 after the characters are recognized by a character recognizing device 2-3, the character recognized result is displayed onto a correction work station (WS) 2-4. At the correction WS, erroneously recognized/unreadable characters are corrected and a verification WS verifies these data and performs host transmission. In this case, when the distributing instruction for data on which recognition has been binushed at the character recognizing device 2-3 is received from the master control unit 2-2, at each WS, the relevant data are read and based on this recognized result, the read data are displayed on the screen for every field. At that time, the class of financial institute at the destination of transfer is discriminated out of a financial institute name file and displayed while changing the color every financial institute. |
