PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom of a layout of a mechanism related to fundamental performance of an internal combustion engine, to perform sufficient protection against sludge during traveling without forming separatedly special waterproof structure, and to reduce the number of parts. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle having a belt power transmission type unit swing internal combustion engine, a starter motor 80 has a drive shaft 83 paralleling a crank shaft 36. The drive shaft is mounted in the outer peripheral position of the drive pulley 40 of a belt transmission mechanism and in a left unit case 16L, and covered with a left case cover 47 and disposed in a unit swing case. |
