PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of malfunction which occurs in a circuit of the poststage when power sources are switched to each other. SOLUTION: When independent power sources are switched to each other based on a power supply voltage, the fluctuation of the power supply voltage is detected by means of a voltage detecting circuit 12 and a control circuit 11 controls the operation of a circuit 2 of the poststage so that no malfunction occurs in the circuit 2 due to the voltage fluctuation. |
