PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reach a destination easily after ending the guidance of a searched course by searching course to the destination inputted from a destination input means based on a current position. SOLUTION: When a destination is inputted from a voice recognition section 16 to an input management section 35, the general management section 37 at a control section 10 searches a course from current position to the destination. When traveling is started, a map around a current position measured at a current position measuring section 13 is presented at a specified scale at a display section 11. The searched course is displayed with different color and the current position and traveling direction of vehicle are displayed on the screen thus guiding the course. A voice output management section 36 guides the searched course to the destination by voice through a speaker 29. Upon ending the guidance, the management section 37 makes a decision whether both the current position and goal are displayed on the map written on a display 11a by a map writing section 32. |
