METHOD OF RECOVERY OF ANTHRAX STRAIN VIRULENCE

FIELD: medicinal microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves selection of subculture of phenotype Cap-Tox- and genotype pX01 among strain population exhibiting the decreased virulence. Selected culture is passed through nonbred white mice organism. Method can be used as test for reversion to high virulence. EFFECT: enhanced virulence of all strains including potentially dangerous ones.
