Method of treating immunoinflammatory disease

Use of rapamycin (I) opt. in combination with cyclosporin A for mfr. of a medicament for treating immunoinflammatory skin or bowel diseases in mammals is new. Pref. the medicament is adapted for oral, parenteral, intranasal, intrabronchial, topical, transdermal or rectal admin. The medicament is in unit dosage form, each unit contg. 0.001-100 pref. 0.1-50 esp. 0.3-25 mg/kg (I).
