The display device includes several image-holding panels bearing running rollers at their upper, opposite corners and respective projections extending beyond the rollers. One or more magazines for the panels comprises respective pairs of parallel running tracks at a mutual distance equal to the distance between the rollers. Each pair is inclined from a high input end to a low output end of the magazine. The display further includes a transferral device, driven by a timed motor. The transferral device hooks the opposite projections of panels located at the output of each magazine and transfers the panels to the input of the magazine.
