FIELD: utilization of wastes. SUBSTANCE: invention covers purification of drains and utilization of animal vital activity products performed by cultivating anaerobic microorganisms decomposing cellulose-containing materials (straw, hay, sawdust) with producing biomethane for needs of farm economies remote from centralized heat and power networks. Biocultivator has casing with vertical partitions of chambers for acidic, neutral, alkaline methane fermentation; stirrer with shaft positioned between loading and discharge arrangements and provided with drive and blades; gas cavity in upper, and sedimentation cavity in lower part of casing. In front of acidic fermentation chamber, defibrillator is installed being in the form of cylindrical body with perforated disc in middle part of bottom. Blades mounted on power-driven shaft interact with granular abrasive immobilization charge whose density is lower than that of substrate. Cylindrical casing is coupled with loading arrangement provided with cover, whereas perforated bottom disc is connected with acidic fermentation chamber. EFFECT: improved design. |
