PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to estimate a defective state in real-time and obtain accurate tuning information for inspecting conditions by calculating a percent defective from correlation data determined by comparing the inspection result data with the repair result data in the past and the latest inspection result data. SOLUTION: The Inspection Section 1 is provided in each mounting line for electronic parts, and the Repair Section 3 repairs defective parts based on the inspection results from the Inspection Section 1. And the inspection result data 2 obtained from the Inspection Section 1 and the repair result data 4 obtained from the Repair Section 3 are stored in the Data Base Section 5. Arithmetic Section 6 determines and tabulates the correlations between the inspection result data in the past and the repair result data in the past, and the Memory Section 7 stores the correlation data as the results of arithmetic operations. The Estimate Section 8 estimates the percent defective of the latest inspection result data 2 and the repair result data 4 from the correlation data, and the Output Section 9 outputs the results of the estimate. |
