This invention concerns compounds having the Z-configuration of formula: <IMAGE> (I) or salts thereof, wherein R represents an optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl radical, R1, R2 and R3 each independently represent hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, (C1-C6alkoxy)carbonyl, carboxy, hydroxy (C1-C6)alkyl, halogen, halo(C1-C6)alkyl, carboxy(C1-C6)alkyl, optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl or optionally substituted aralkyl or heteroarylalkyl; n represents 0, 1 or 2; R4 and R5 each independently represent hydrogen or a substituent selected from lower alkyl, optionally substituted aryl and optionally substituted aralkyl or R4 and R5 are geminal C1-C6 alkyl substituents and R6 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl which possess antiinflammatory activity.
