PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide pipe fixing device sufficiently receiving the reaction force at the time of an advance and adaptable under such conditions that a deep pit cannot be formed. SOLUTION: A guide pipe G diagonally arranged between a propulsion device on the ground and the ground J, inserted with a propulsion body from the propulsion device, and freely guiding its advance can be freely fixed to the ground J. The propulsion reaction force of the propulsion device is freely received by a guide pipe fixing device via the guide pipe G, and a guide pipe fixing frame 17 installable on a pit H formed in the ground J is provided as a main body. The fitting part 18 of the guide pipe G is provided on one side portion of the frame 17.
