The fused high explosives is supplied to the cattle nozzle(19) on the rotary charger(8) thru the supply hose. And a funnels(2) are moving continuously to the direction of the rotary charger(8), and a trolley(9) enters the rotary charger(8) and the rollers(44,45) attached to the trolleys'(12,13) hanger(10) moves to the one direction along the rail. At this time the funnel(2) is connected to the nozzle(21) formed at the lower part of the changer(8), and the valve(18) of the nozzle(19) is opened and the fused high explosives is supplied on the rotating plate(17) sectioned in a uniform distance. Therefore the high explosives charged in the empty shell(1) is in a uniform quantity.
