<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a virtual memory at a low cost, to improve the degree of freedom of a composite system and to realize an easy-to-use multiprocessor by providing an address generation part and adding an address to data transferred by a DMA controller. SOLUTION: The address generation part 23 is provided with a counter 23a for generating the address, adds the address to the data transferred by the DMA controller 14 and stores them in a second RAM 22. Thus, in a first RAM 12 which is the transfer origin of the data and the second RAM 22 which is the transfer destination of the data, the same data are provided in the different addresses. An arithmetic result by a second CPU 21 is stored in the second RAM 22 and transferred to a prescribed address of the first RAM 12 by the DMA controller 14 according to the instruction of a first CPU 11. In such a manner, the virtual memory sharing is realized and the performance of this system is improve.</p> |
