PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dampening-waterless planographic printing plate having excellent sensitivity, reproducibility of dots, printing durability and scratching resistance which can be developed with a water-based developer by forming a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer containing a specified photopolymerizable monomer. SOLUTION: A photopolymerizable photosensitive layer containing a photopolymerizable monomer having polymerizable ethylene type unsatd. groups, and a silicone rubber layer are formed in this order on a substrate. The monomer is the addition reaction product of a compd. (A) having two or more groups expressed by the formula in the molecule and a compd. containing at least one primary or secondary amine in the molecule. In the formula, X is -COO-, -CONH-, or phenylene group, Y is a bivalent org. group having 1-6 carbon number, (a) is 0 or 1, and R1 is hydrogen atom, 1-4C alkyl group or chlorine atom. The compd. (A) is, for example, acrylate or methacrylate of polyhydric alcohols. |
