The first rib is formed as the same height of end part of the clutch housing(1) in the one piece to form the close space in the inside face of the clutch housing(1). The second rib(12) is formed in the transmission case(13) as the integral type and the only one end of the second rib(12) is connected with the first rib to form air chamber(11). The front of the second rib(12) is formed lower than the front of the first rib(10) to introduce air to the front of the air chamber(11). A guide groove leading oil is formed to discharge oil if the oil is introduced into the air chamber and the gas hole(7) communicated through the outer of the transmission.
