PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a converting processing and a registering pressing by substituting the pseudo external character code of text data by a true character code, based on a control table and generating new text data. SOLUTION: In an arithmetic means 15, a control table generation processing routine 19 extracts the positional data of a pseudo external code from text data 16 and the pseudo external code and generates a control table 17, a the character code registration processing routine 20 registers the true character code corresponding to the pseudo external code in the control table 17, and a new text data generation processing routine 21 substitutes the pseudo external code of text data by the true character code and generates new text data. In this text data distribution system, the text data that an external character is substituted by the pseuro external code by a pseudo external substitution means 13 can be obtained. Because this pseudo external code can be made a standard character code, an external code is substantially included in text data. |
