SOLUTION: A data composition means 6 regards (n) (n: integer of >=2) out of a plurality of process variables gathered by a data gathering means 1 as representative process variables and combines data symbolized by a symbolizing means 5 is (m) successive (m: integer of >=2) section times as to the (n) representative process variables to compose (n×m) matrix data.
