摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bobbin which maintains a nonmagnetic property and whose mechanical strength is excellent by a method wherein the bobbin is formed of aluminum bronze which is composed of aluminum and iron in specific weight compositions and of copper as the remaining part. SOLUTION: Aluminum bronze which is constituted of 8.0 to 10.0wt.% aluminum, 0.2 to 0.5wt.% iron and copper as the remaining part is melted, and an ingot is manufactured by a mold or a continuous casting operation. The ingot of the formed aluminum bronze is worked to be a shape corresponding to a bobbin for a coil in a cast-blank working process, and a prescribed shape is formed in a casting process, the ingot which has been cast and treated is quenched in a heat treatment process at 850 deg.C for 1.5 hours, it is then cooled by water, it is then tempered at 550 deg.C for two hours, and it is cooled by air. Lastly, it is worked as the bobbin in a coil-bobbin working process.
