PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stopping or restarting of the operation of a cooler optionally with a simple operation. SOLUTION: A controller 1 is provided with microcomputers 2 and 3 to control the operation of a cooler based on the temperature in a storage and the microcomputers 2 and 3 stop the operation of the cooler forcibly based on a specified stopping operation with a stop switch 13 while releasing the forced stoppage thereof based on a specified return operation.
