PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide route from a preset destination to an input destination by resetting the destination to the second point nearest to the searched destination when the existance of an obstacle between a point nearest to the input searched destination and destination is detected. SOLUTION: After a starting point and a destination are set, a route searching part 20 searches a guide route as the shortest route from the current position of a vehicle to a destination. A guide route memory 21 stores a node line constituting the guide route from the starting point to the destination as guide route data. After a cursor mark at the center of a screen on a display 4 fitted to the destination by a map scroll, a starting point and destination setting part 30 sets a cursor position as the destination through a scanning part 3. When the existance of an obstacle on the way of the searched destination on a road is detected, the searched destination is changed to a point which is second nearest to the input searched destination on a road network. |
