PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to recover the timewise failure in a communication system. SOLUTION: Many voice bit stream frame buffers are used between a control device and a sound codec. When too many or missing voice packages are detected, the voice decoder is switched to a special correction mode. If there exist too many packages, the frames in the buffers are speedily processed. If there exist too few packages, the process is slowly performed. In the fast process, some of the voice information is eliminated. For the slow processes, voice like information is constituted. Moreover, the decoded signals are operated by stimulated phases before a final LPC synthesis filter and transmission and perceptive effects are added to the quality of the operated voice. Furthermore, no problem is caused by synchronization of the control device because the number of buffers is enlarged. |
