PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling operability of a panel for an air conditioner and to maintain the air conditioning performance and to prevent vapor condensation. SOLUTION: The panel 30 for an air conditioner is injection molded to constitute the conditioner for sucking and discharging the air, and formed by laminating a sealing material 31 made of urethane foam and a cushioning material 32 made of foamable sheet at the opposite side of the design surface of the panel 30, setting the laminate in a mold and connecting a board 33 obtained by in-mold molding the laminate. Thus, the number of components can be reduced and the assembling operability of the panel 30 for the conditioner can be improved. The sealability between the both can be improved as well, the air conditioning performance can be maintained, and the vapor condensation can be prevented. |
