PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the images of various kinds of shapes at a high speed only by reading out the image data of the line requiring basic image data in accordance with shape data. SOLUTION: Basic image data is set to a V-RAM, magnification data and shape data is read from a program memory and the data is stored in a W-RAM (step S1 and S2). A CPU reads the vertical direction location of shape data, that is, the horizontal direction length X of a line to be determined by the number element N and the longitudinal magnification V of shape data in step S3. In V step S4, the CPU determines a necessary length G by the length X and the latitudinal magnification H (G=X.H). In step S5, the image data of the line of the basic image data corresponding to the length G is read and the image data is displayed. |
