PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the registration system of a satellite system/ground system integrated mobile communication system capable of changing a system in which a dual mode mobile station is registered by reporting information from the system. SOLUTION: When the dual mode mobile station 6-1 registered in a ground system 14 receives the reporting information 17 from the ground system 14, and at the time of judging that system registration is to be changed based on the information, transmits system registration request signals 20 to a satellite system 15 and the satellite system 15 requests registration change to a home memory 9. The home memory 9 changes the registration of the dual mode mobile station 6-1 from the ground system to the satellite system and informs the satellite system 15 of registration change completion and the satellite system 15 transmits registration response signals 23 to the dual mode mobile station 6-1. The dual mode mobile station 6-1 judges that the system registration change is completed at the time of receiving the signals 23.
