PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an operation means for giving variations to a generated musical tone by using switches in simple structure and to perform nonlinear control over the musical tone by combining control data by the operation of the switches. SOLUTION: When a pitch bend switch 7 consisting of the two switches is operated, a CPU 11 supplied a musical tone generating device 15 with pitch data as musical tone parameters corresponding to the combination of operation among a plurality of frequency data stored in a ROM 13. Therefore, the style of variation of the pitch data is controlled according to the combination of operation of the pitch bend switch 7 to give a nonlinear variation to the musical tone to be generated. |
