<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase controller not using a voltage controlled oscillator not affected by a secular change or a temperature change of components in the video display device. SOLUTION: Burst separate circuits 50, 52 separate each burst signal of an analog composite signal and a digital composite signal, a phase/frequency circuit 54 detects a phase error of two burst signals and give a voltage representing the error signal to a change pump 56 and then a numerical control oscillator 58, and the numerical control oscillator generates a burst signal in response to the voltage. The burst signal is added to a digital input composite signal.</p> |
