PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat-sensitive coating liquid for obtaining a heat-sensitive recording material, the ground of which is excellent in lappingly covering resistance and in image keeping quality. SOLUTION: At the manufacturing of a heat-sensitive coating liquid containing an aromatic isocyanante compound and an imino compound, which develops color through the reaction with the aromatic isocyanate compound, the dispersion of the isocyanate compound is heat-treated under the condition, in which the relationship between temperature Y ( deg.C) and time X (day) satisfies the inequalities: 80-3X>Y>25/X under 15>=X>0 and 37.75-X/20>Y>25/X under 120>=X>=15. |
