MELTING AND CASTING VACUUM PLANT

FIELD: medical equipment, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: installed in chamber 1 is melting crucible 2 mounted in turning mechanism. Mounted on crucible 2 is electromagnetic device 3 actuated concurrently with formation of arc between end face of consumable electrode 4 and metal on the bottom of crucible 2. Filled molds are placed into thermocontainer 6 with heating system 7. Thermocontainer is installed on centrifugal table 8. Free space of container 6 is filled with supporting filler. Heater 7 is component of thermocontainer 6 isolated from working surface of chamber 1. Chamber 1 has vacuum system 9. Novelty in chamber consists in that crucible is noncooled and provided with electromagnetic device 3 and casting container 6 has heater 7. Plant provides obtaining of microcastings with walls up to 0.1 mm thick and mass up to 10 g from titanium and other refractory alloys. EFFECT: higher quality of produced alloy in chemical composition. 1 dwg
