PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detergent compsn. contg. no alkylbenzenesulfonic acid salt type anionic surfactant. SOLUTION: This detergent compsn. contains as the indispensable components (A) 5-25wt.% salt of polyoxyethylene alkyl(alkenyl) ether sulfuric ester of the formula and (B) 5-15wt.% nonionic surfactant, provided that the amt. of the surfactant component in the detergent compsn. is at least 15wt.% and the (A)/(B) wt. ratio is 0.5/1 to 2/1. The compsn. may further contain (C) 1-10wt.% other salt of polyoxyethylene alkyl(alkenyl) ether sulfuric ester having M<2> (a monovalent metal ion, ammonium or an alkanolamine) instead of M<1> in the same formula. R<1> O-(CH2 CH2 O)n -SO3 .1/2M<1> (wherein R<1> is an alkyl or alkenyl group of 8 to 22 in the average no. of carbon atoms; (n) is an integer of 1 to 20; and M<1> is a bivalent metal ion). |
