FIELD: natural energy sources. SUBSTANCE: support is made in form of two vertical flat members located at angle to wind flow rotatably relative to changeable flow of air. Wind generator are located in vertical members in center plane at different height; windwheel rotational speed stabilizer is made in form of spring-loaded vertical flaps and is located in top of support. Windwheel is made in form of prestressed corrugated plates at varying rigidity which are connected at ends by means of flexible members. Vertical members are located along long side of platform at acute angle relative to two prevailing wind flows of opposite direction; they have form of broken line in plan. EFFECT: ecological safety; high efficiency in regions with large number of windy days.
