PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a notch from coming into shock contact with a wall and further prevent the occurrence of a chattering noise by applying the constitution that a passage between both chambers is opened via the entry of the end of a decoupling diaphragm into the notch, upon the occurrence of a large pressure difference between both chambers. SOLUTION: Two chambers 3 and 4 filled with cushion fluid are arranged below a spring mechanism 2, and a valve plate 5 formed out of two discs 6 tightened to each other along the peripheries thereof is provided between both chambers 3 and 4. Furthermore, the valve plate 5 is provided with a throttle passage 11 to keep both of the chambers 3 and 4 communicated to each other, and a decoupling diaphragm 12 made of rubber or the like is housed in a casing formed between both discs 6 and 6. In this case, at least three notches 13 are formed on each disc 6, and at least one notch 13a of the notches 13 is formed to reach the end of the diaphragm 12 in a radial external direction, thereby enabling the chambers 3 and 4 to be communicated to each other, upon a sudden increase in pressure difference between the chambers 3 and 4. |
