PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of easily cutting only the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet of an end material part without requiring a cutting frame. SOLUTION: In a pair of female and male molds compressing a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet and a skin material to laminate and integrate them to produce a skin bonded porous fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molded object, a cutting blade 10 is provided so that the edge thereof protrudes from the end part 8 on the side of the cavity surface of the outer peripheral surface of the male mold so as to be opposed to the cavity surface 3 of the femal mold and the edge and at least a part of the inner peripheral side surface 2 of the female mold 1 can be slid each other in a mold opening and closing direction.
