SOLUTION: This pasty foamable cream mix comprises an emulsifying agent, a protein, a saccharide and/or a sugaralcohol as essential components. The pasty foamable cream mix has >=60wt.% calculated as a solid content of the saccharide and/or the sugaralcohol concentration in the water phase and is obtained by adjusting the water content in the water phase to <=35wt.% and emulsifying the oil phase with the water phase.
