FIELD: surgical tools intended for dissection of soft tissues used in surgery of ventral incarcerated hernia and in other operations of organs of abdominal cavity. SUBSTANCE: surgical cutting tool has body accommodating rod connected with cutting knife moving over guides. Cock is connected with rod and hinged to fixed handle. Tool working end is provided with stop plate whose angle of inclination equals the angle of inclination of knife cutting edge.
