PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio telephone system capable of accurately restricting a user's current position in respect to a radio telephone system for executing time-division multiple access(TDMA) communication. SOLUTION: The radio telephone set is provided with an idle slot detecting part 12 and a switch for turning on/off the reception of a position information signal synchronously with idle slot time is arranged on the receiving side of a switch part for switching transmission/reception to detect a position information signal for a base station existing around the radio telephone system. A position display terminal equipment recognizes plural base stations from received signals obtained by the above constitution and restricts and displays a user's position based upon the overlap and differences among the speaking areas of those base stations. |
