<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device using a catalyst to dissolve a problem wherein a heat resisting life for a catalyst is remarkably shortened, in a combustion device having a problem wherein the temperature of the catalyst is increased to 1200 deg.C or higher and a heat resisting life is remarkably shortened. SOLUTION: A combustion device comprises a mixing part 3 to generate air-fuel mixture by mixing together fuel and air for combustion, a first catalyst combustion chamber 4 to contain a first catalyst substance 7 to effect catalyst combustion of the air-fuel mixture and a fin 5 to collect heat energy generated when catalyst combustion of the air-fuel mixture is effected by the first catalyst substance 7, and a second catalyst combustion chamber 12 to contain a second catalyst substance 14 to effect catalyst combustion of the air-fuel mixture catalyst combustion of which is not effected by the first catalyst substance 7. The first catalyst substance 7 is attached substantially along a fin 5 and a surface area 14 of the second catalyst substance is increased higher than that of the first catalyst substance 7.</p> |
