PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report the operation time-out of an automatic teller machine(ATM) to a monitoring terminal equipment and to allow the terminal equipment to deal with the operation time-out in an ATM monitoring system including the ATM for executing a transaction by customer's operation and the monitoring terminal equipment connected to the ATM and capable of monitoring the ATM. SOLUTION: In the ATM monitoring system, the ATM 1 is provided with a time-out detecting/reporting part 4 for judging the generation of operation time-out and transmitting operation time-out information to the monitoring terminal equipment 3 and the equipment 3 is provided with a recording part for previously recording correspondence information related to correspondence for the generation of operation time-out and a control part for extracting and displaying the correspondence information in accordance with received operation time-out information. |
