PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a scanning position by a laser beam and to prevent change caused by temperature. SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser light source 32 having a 1st fire point 33 where the laser beam L1 is emitted and a 2nd fire point 34 where the laser beam L2 is emitted and setting an angleθbetween the emitting directions of the laser beams L1 and L2 to 15 to 75 deg. is arranged on the holder of the laser unit 14, and further collimator lenses 36 and 37 are respectively arranged in the advancing directions of the laser beams L1 and L2. A half mirror 15 and a cylindrical lens 16 are arranged in the advancing direction of the laser beam L1 emitted from the laser unit 14, and a bending mirror 18 bending the laser beam L2 emitted from the laser unit 14 toward the half mirror 15 and adjusting the vertical scanning position of the laser beam L2 to the laser beam L1 is arranged on the side of the half mirror 15.
