PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent toner leak at the time of the toner unsealing of the process cartridge, to stably secure a toner supply opening, and suppress a great increase in unsealing strength resulting from the oblique drawing of a tear tape. SOLUTION: The opening part of a toner storage container 12a is sealed with a cover member 17 consisting of a cover film 17a and the tear tape 17b, and a seal lead-out opening 22 for leading the free end of the tear tape 17b out to the side of the toner storage container 12a is provided at the tip part of the toner storage container 12a. Further, the toner storage container 12a and a developing frame body 12b are coupled in one body by four-corner entire- periphery welding.
