PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously input annexed information individually attached to each recording information along with the input of the recording information at the time of filing the recording information. SOLUTION: An image scanner is provided with an illumination part 9 for irradiating an X-ray film 2, a scanning part 5 for scanning the X-ray film 2, an image sensor 13 for converting images scanned in the scanning part 5 to electric signals and a circuit part 18 provided with a signal processing circuit for converting the electric signals of the image sensor 13 to digital signals, a memory part for storing the digital signals of the signal processing circuit and a microprocessor for processing the information of the memory part and decoding the bar coded annexed information. |
